Sweat In The Cold
You run for miles... run for hours... you feel good when your sweat is dripping everywhere because you know you work really hard. Then the wind blows. By the time you got home and finish your run. Your sweat is dry and worse you get sick! Geh!!!

It may be just a simple three digit number but to me it's a warning. I may be over reacting but I'm not taking any chances. Here's the thing I love food and diet is not my option. :D I'm all for my mom's home cook meal that's why the number - my cholesterol - hah!

Cold Dish
- Don't think you got away with everything you did. The universe is aiding me to get what you deserve. I don't even have to do anything. It will all come to place... And I will enjoy every moment of it!

What The Fudge!!!

I went to a German community in Michigan called Frakenmuth and came across a Fudge Shop... well there's a lot of them there.

It's amazing I get to watched how they make a fudge from start to finish.

Not to mention the tubs and tubs of melted chocolate they are using... there's cream and other stuff that they put... the one that we have in these pictures is peanut butter. They came in different flavors of course.

Mixing this thing sure is a lot of work, they were at it the entire time until the mixture gets hard... they have to do it fast while the mixture is hot.

Different spatulas were used to flip the mixture, one that looks like a shovel or maybe it is a shovel. The mixing is done on a marble surface so it won't stick :D

As it gets hard, they flipped it again towards the middle a few more times.

I love how they do it, they're hands are so smooth and it's really good to watch. It's like a piece of art... it really does.

This is how it looks like when it's done. And of course you get to try it.

Yes, they were so good! You can taste their hard work right then and there. I didn't even think about calories and fats I just stuffed my face with that fudge in front of me. They were fresh and it melts in your mouth... Wow!!!

I love going to Frankenmuth. There's so many things out there. I love their homemade jams, their fried chicken, that hot sauce and salad dressings. The variety of cheese and freshwater taffy. Even an organic oatmeal bath soap. One more thing there's this meat shop that sells really good sausages. How I love that place.

I love food! ^_^

Getting Even

I haven't done this in years. i never really get the hype of blogging.

It's just that i have a tendency of not finishing a blog or i get tired of it.

But maybe this time is different.

So I'm giving it another shot... Again :)
